1. Our service

We provide travel information, destination guides and personalised itineraries. The exact inclusions, price, delivery format and delivery date are those confirmed with you before payment.

Unless expressly stated in writing, we do not sell or issue airline tickets, hotel reservations, visas, insurance or other third-party travel products.

2. Travel information

Travel prices, schedules, availability, weather, entry rules and visa requirements can change. Our itineraries reflect the information available when prepared. You remain responsible for checking official requirements and live prices before booking or travelling.

3. Orders and payment

An enquiry does not create an order. Your order is accepted after we confirm the scope and delivery timeline and receive successful payment. You agree to provide accurate traveller details, dates, preferences and budget information needed to prepare the itinerary.

4. Changes and revisions

Corrections and revisions within the agreed scope will be handled as described in your order confirmation. A change to the destination, dates, number of travel days or core brief may require a revised quote and delivery date.

5. Personal use

Purchased itineraries are licensed for the customer's personal, non-commercial use. They may not be resold, republished or distributed as a commercial product without our written permission.

6. Third-party services

Links and recommendations may lead to independent airlines, hotels, attractions or booking platforms. Their prices, terms, cancellations and performance are controlled by them. Review their terms before making a booking.

7. Refunds and delivery

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy and Digital Delivery Policy form part of these terms.

8. Responsibility

We prepare itineraries with reasonable care, but travel decisions and bookings remain the customer's responsibility. Nothing in these terms limits rights available under applicable consumer law.
